1 General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

3 Betting Rules & Terms

General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50, and the maximum is determined by the specific market.
• In an accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, that selection is removed and the remaining bets are settled as normal.
• Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical issue or network delay, Velvet Apps reserves the right to void it. Any disputes regarding live match scores or results will be verified against official sources.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Velvet Apps handles financial transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Every transaction is secured through SSL encryption.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
